DAY 1

London To Amsterdam

From St Pancras station, take Eurostar’s direct, high-speed train and arrive in the centre of Amsterdam in just under four hours. On arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay and begin to explore the city. Relax in one of the many cafés that line the canals, or if you’re feeling motivated, rent a bike and ride along the many dedicated paths that line the city. (Overnight in Amsterdam)

DAY 2

Amsterdam

After breakfast this morning, continue to discover the Dutch capital, perhaps taking a canal cruise down the scenic waterways. Amsterdam is also the biggest shopping area in the Netherlands, with over ten thousand shops, markets and boutiques so there are plenty of opportunities to do some shopping during your stay! There are also many fascinating museums in the city, including the grand Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank museum and the Van Gogh museum. Also, don't miss a trip to the beautiful flower market full of traditional Dutch tulips! (Overnight in Amsterdam) B

DAY 3

Amsterdam To Rotterdam

Take the short train ride to Rotterdam today and check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. Begin exploring this dynamic city, perhaps starting with a tour of some of the unique architecture the city is known for. It’s said that “every building has a story” in Rotterdam, and a good place to start is the Mondrian-esque Café de Unie, an architectural icon of the De Stijl movement. Also within walking distance are landmarks including the pre-WWII Laurens Church, Rotterdam’s Cubic Houses, and the modern Markthal building and its famous ceiling artwork. From there, make your way to Rotterdam’s most well-known landmark – the Erasmus bridge – beautifully connecting the north and south sides of the city with its beautiful, harp-like design. Rotterdam

After breakfast this morning, discover more of Rotterdam at your leisure. Art lovers will want to visit the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, featuring an impressive collection of art from the Middle Ages to the 21st century, including works from Rembrandt, Monet, Van Gogh, Dali and many more. Learn more about the city’s rich seafaring history at the Maritime Museum, filled with ship models and interactive displays. Enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood and some delectable Dutch fries washed down with a delicious local craft beer. Rotterdam To London

After a final breakfast in Rotterdam this morning, check out of your hotel and make your way to Rotterdam Centraal station for your train journey back to the UK via a quick change in Brussels.
