Cancel up to 48 Hours Before you Sail

Guests have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to use by April 30, 2022 toward any sailing through December 31, 2022, or one year from your original sailing date, whichever is later.

For cancellation within any phase of penalty, refunds will be issued as Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for the full cruise fare amount.  

In order to receive 100% FCC, your booking must be paid in full.

For cancellation outside of penalty, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. (Only applicable in countries that offer a refundable deposit option).

Nonrefundable Deposit Bookings: If canceled outside of penalty, the full deposit amount will be returned (without penalty) in the form of an FCC. If canceled within any phase of penalty, the cruise fare including full deposit (without penalty) will be issued as an FCC.

Bookings made with FCCs from suspended sailings will also benefit from the new Cruise With Confidence policy.

Best Offer Guarantee : -

If the fare on your sailing is reduced or the promotion gets better, give us a call and we’ll honor your choice right up to 48 hours before you sail. This applies to bookings made before December 17, 2021 for sailings up to May 4, 2022.

Guests may change your offer as many times as desired up to 48 hours before sailing.

For bookings within final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded in the form of nonrefundable Onboard Credit. For bookings outside of final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded to the original form of cruise fare payment.

Bookings made after December 17, 2021, will be covered with our existing Best Price Guarantee policy.

Bookings made by UK & Ireland guests after December 17, 2021 will be covered by the existing Price Promise policy.

The Offer is applicable to the first and second guest in each stateroom. The Offer applies to new individual bookings and group bookings named and deposited during the Offer Period. FIT bookings can be transferred to a group. For group rates, the 20% savings will be applied within 10 days after the Offer Period ends.  The Offer is not applicable to charters or contracted groups.The Offer is non-transferable and applicable only to cruises departing during the Sailing Period. Exclusive European Airfares

Guests making a new fly cruise booking on selected April to November 2022 European sailings which are booked from 6 September 2021 to 22 November 2021 shall be eligible to airfares starting from £99 for UK and from €119 for Ireland. Airfares are per person, subject to availability on selected flight allocations, ships and regional gateways and will be advised at time of booking. Eligible gateways for exclusive airfares include London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Dublin airports.

Exclusive Caribbean Airfare SavingsFor guests making a new fly cruise booking on selected 2022-2023 Caribbean sailings which are booked from 6 September 2021 to 22 November 2021 shall be eligible to an airfare saving of £150 per person, €175 per person for Ireland. Airfare saving is subject to availability on selected flights and gateways on sailings departing from January 2022 to April 2023 within airline onsale range. Eligible Cabin Types include  Economy, Premium, Business & First Class within airline on sale range. Eligible Gateways for airfare savings include London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Belfast and Dublin airports subject to airline schedules and availability.

Further Airfare terms and conditions include:

(i) Any additional expenses (e.g. accommodation, transfers, taxis, fuel, meals or parking) are not included, and will be at the guest’s sole cost and expense.(ii) Airline booking and travel terms and conditions, and baggage allowances apply to all bookings.(iii) Offer and airfare pricing shall be correct at time of publication or going to print and shall be subject to availability. (iv) Reduced airfares are limited in number and subject to availability based on pre-purchased flight allocations and based on anticipated demand. (v) No additional discounted airfares will be available once the applicable reduced airfare seats are sold out. (vi) No flight variations will be allowed or changes to flights once booked. Guests on existing bookings wishing to take advantage of these Airfare offers must cancel their existing booking and pay any applicable cancellation charges and then pay the prevailing Cruise rate on a new booking to be eligible. 

The Exclusive Airfare Offer is not applicable for the Best Price Guarantee on existing bookings, the Exclusive Airfare offer is for new bookings only.

The Exclusive Airfare Offer is not applicable for Lift and Shift bookings, guests can move their booking onto a forward sailing under the Terms of our Cruise with Confidence policy but reduced Airfare on a future sailing is non-combinable with this offer.

Guests may redeem a FCC and make a new booking under the Reduced Airfare offer however 125% FCC gained through global sailing suspensions cannot be used towards Reduced Airfare but can be used towards the cruise element of the new booking.
