Departing from captivating Cape Town, we set sail for Namibia’s Walvis Bay. An overnight stay here gives you plenty of time to dive into its German colonial past and venture inland for a bucket-list worthy African safari. We continue to make our way up the West African coast to Banjul, The Gambia, where you can head to Albert Market for an authentic taste of local life.

After two more relaxing days at sea, we arrive in the Canary Islands. With a late-night stay on Gran Canaria—where a third of the island is under protection as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve—you have lots of time to explore its many landscapes and attractions. On Tenerife, head to Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or soak in the sun at one of its many pristine beaches.

Following a stop in Madeira—home to picturesque villages, idyllic landscapes, and Madeira wine—the voyage ends in Lisbon, one of the oldest cities in the world.

We know things can change. You have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% of the amount paid in a Future Cruise Credit to be used for a new or existing Azamara booking departing on or before 30 September 2022. The credit must be applied toward the cruise fare by 30 April 2022.
